This is an invitation to register for the upcoming 9^thAsia Pacific Conference to be held in Bangkok Thailand. The conference fees, which covers the registration and food for the conference are priced at USD350. For accommodation, the price for a twin sharing room at Asia Hotel Bangkok, Ratchathawi is around USD52. Participants can choose to stay at other nearby hotels.

Due to the high bank charges for bank transfers applicable to parties receiving and transferring the fees, it was suggested that each country appoints one person in their National Action Team to be responsible for name and fees collection. The collected fees should be made payable in one bank transfer and information for the participants and payment be made known to Nisa(Staff Worker, HCF Thailand).
